utilities, maid service twice a week (new towels/bed linens) and welcome
basket are included in above prices.
We rent the
villa as one unit - no sharing.
• Arrival:
any day after 16:00 hours– owner will welcome you on your arrival at Villa
Helidona. Departure: 11:00 hours on day of departure
Nearest airport Heraklion – 20 minutes by car to villa. Nearest port
Heraklion – 30 minutes by car to villa.
• Minimum stay 1 week (for less than one week please inquire for availability)
• Deposit 30% due on booking and balance six weeks before arrival. For bookings made 8 weeks or less before arrival, please inquire for booking terms. Cancellation policy - all payments non- refundable
• Payment in Euro by electronic bank transfer to Greek Bank
• Car rental is recommended
